Lightning Storm builds for Druids aren't new, but the synergy with Tempest Roar and Dire Wolf form in Season 9 has renewed interest in this off-meta powerhouse. This is a hybrid build that lets you embrace the primal fury of a werewolf while channeling a screen-flooding storm of electrical carnage.

The casting behavior is slightly erratic, but that's part of the charm. What you sacrifice in pinpoint precision, you gain in relentless AoE pressure and massive damage scaling through Lightning synergies.

Dance of Knives Rogue (Snapshot DOT Specialist)

This is a complex but rewarding Rogue build based around Dance of Knives and snapshotting mechanics. Despite recent nerfs to Concealment interactions and Danse Macabre, it's still a viable and deeply satisfying choice.

The key to mastering this build lies in understanding how buffs and debuffs at the time of skill cast can lock in stronger effects than what you'd have otherwise. Positioning and movement are crucial, as the build benefits from high dodge and attack speed.

It's particularly fun in large mob density areas and can demolish elites if executed correctly. Not recommended for beginner Rogues, but an experienced player can turn this build into cheap Diablo 4 Items an off-meta sleeper hit.
