Settlement of Wagers
Statistics offered by the main score(s) company or the official site of the appropriate competitors or occasion will be utilized to settle wagers. Where stats from a main score(s) company or official website are not available or there is considerable proof that the main score(s) supplier or official website is inaccurate, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of constant, independent evidence or in the existence of significant conflicting proof, bets will be settled based upon our own data.
Betting Information
General
Race Surface
If on the day of a race the surface area is transformed (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.
Win/Place Betting
Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is chosen. An Win/Place bet is a bet of two times the chosen unit wager. If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a specific race with odds of greater than +475, your selection will stand at the existing rates. If the withdrawn horse(s) has chances of +450 or less, then your choice will be recalculated at the existing prices. In the occasion of the variety of runners in the race amounting to or less than the variety of completing positions offered at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action.

Place Betting
To Place 2-10/1 -2/ 1-2-3 Betting
These markets are settled according to the terms advertised for the occasion. Betting Without
Dead-heat rules apply. Where we provide odds on an event without a chosen choice(s), for settlement functions the finishing position of the "without" selection(s) will be disregarded.
In case of a scratch or of scratches a Guideline 4 deduction will be used based upon the rate (in the specified "without" market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. Scratches Besides Futures

Winning Distance Over/Under Reside In Game
